Our story
Die Gueter is a joint initiative of nine of Germany’s top wine growing estates from nine different wine regions. It is united in a shared vision and philosophy of producing outstanding quality wines. The association, die Gueter, was established in 1992 and represents the following privately owned wine estates:
- Rheingau - Georg Breuer, Rüdesheim
- Ahr - Meyer-Näkel Wine Estate, Dernau
- Palatinate - Dr. Bürklin-Wolf Wine Estate, Wachenheim
- Wuerttemberg - Graf Neipperg Wine Estate, Schwaigern
- Franconia - Fürstlich Castell'sches Domänenamt, Castell
- Baden - Freiherr von Gleichenstein Wine Estate, Oberrotweil
- Rhinehessen – Rheingraf/Villa Sachsen Wine Estate, Felix Prinz zu Salm-Salm, Bingen
- Nahe – Prinz Salm Wine Estate, Constantin Prinz zu Salm-Salm, Wallhausen
- Moselle-Saar-Ruwer - Reichsgraf von Kesselstatt Wine Estate, Morscheid
The wine estates have dedicated themselves to a philosophy based on excellent and high quality in every aspect of their business ventures. The association has established its own distribution company and a partnership has been built up with Schlumberger GmbH & Co.KG and their extensive agency network in order to provide the trade and gastronomy market with a wine range consisting of German wines of the highest quality available at one single source: die Gueter.

Our partner Schlumberger Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH is part of the association diegueter.de and takes care for the national service of our business partners throughout Germany. The Schlumberger portfolio offers more than 130 wines of diegueter.de and trade and gastronomy may chose out of 2000 international wines, sparkling wines and spirits for delivery ex Schlumberger’s warehouse in Meckenheim.
